04 / Websites & landing pages

Look the part. Make the next step clear.

Your website has to introduce the business, answer the important questions and make contact feel natural. We bring content, responsive design and development together around that customer journey.

Talk about your project

A useful starting point

For a new business, a growing brand whose website no longer represents it, or a campaign that needs a more focused destination. We define the required pages and integrations before choosing the build approach.

Choose this service on its own or as part of a complete marketing programme, tailored to small businesses and larger companies.

Start with the visitor’s questions.

A homepage should make the business understandable and help people choose a useful next page. Service pages need room to explain fit, scope, process and evidence. The blog should answer genuine questions and connect readers to relevant expertise. Each page has a role; more content is not always more clarity.

We plan the sitemap, page hierarchy, content and calls to action together. The brief identifies audience needs, business priorities, existing material and the decisions the new website must support. That reduces late-stage design changes caused by missing content.

Design an identity that works on a real screen.

Art direction, typography, imagery, layout and motion should create a coherent impression. We design actual mobile layouts, navigation states, long headlines, forms and content pages rather than treating responsive behaviour as a final resize.

Visual ambition needs a performance budget. Hero video can use a lightweight silent loop and a static fallback, while a full sound-on film loads when requested. Motion controls, keyboard access, readable contrast and reduced-motion preferences belong in the design from the start.

Build a website the team can maintain.

Development can include a structured Webflow CMS, reusable components, responsive implementation and the integrations agreed in the brief. We define who owns the domain, hosting, platform accounts and source material. A practical content model helps the team publish without rebuilding a layout every time.

Search foundations include accessible HTML content, descriptive titles, logical headings, relevant internal links, image alternatives, canonical URLs and appropriate structured data. Existing URL changes need a redirect plan. Publishing a website is separate from verifying its search coverage and account connections.

Give each campaign a focused landing page.

A landing page supports a specific audience, offer and next step. It should continue the advertisement’s promise, make the offer clear, present credible evidence and remove unnecessary decisions. Sometimes that means a short page; a complex purchase may need more explanation.

We plan the lead form around what the business needs to respond. Clear labels, meaningful qualification questions, useful validation and confirmation matter. Where a CRM or scheduling tool is included, the delivery path and ownership need an end-to-end check, not just a button that looks finished.

Launch with a review and a handoff.

The launch review covers the agreed screen sizes, key links, navigation, media, forms and technical SEO settings. We check important existing URLs and prepare a recovery path. Account-dependent tasks are recorded separately so an unavailable integration is not described as completed.

After launch, useful analytics and enquiry feedback can identify where people hesitate or misunderstand the offer. We distinguish a visual preference from a measurable journey problem and choose changes that have a clear purpose.

Common questions

Do you design and build the website?

Yes. Scope can connect planning, content, responsive design and Webflow development. Required integrations and content responsibilities are defined in the proposal.

Can you build a landing page without replacing our site?

Yes. A campaign may need one focused destination while the main website remains in place. We review the domain, platform and measurement setup before implementation.

Will we be able to update the content?

We can structure appropriate content in the CMS and agree a handoff for the team. Some layout or integration changes still require design or development support.

Will a new website bring more customers?

The website can improve clarity and the enquiry journey, but results also depend on demand, traffic quality, the offer and follow-up. We build and measure the agreed experience without guaranteeing sales.
