03 / Design & creative

A clear idea. A distinctive expression.

Give people something worth noticing — and a reason to remember who made it. We connect strategy, art direction, design and content so your brand feels coherent from the first impression to the next campaign.

A useful starting point

For businesses launching a brand, sharpening an existing identity or building a campaign that needs a stronger idea. We can work within established guidelines or define a new direction when the brief calls for it.

Choose this service on its own or as part of a complete marketing programme, tailored to small businesses and larger companies.

Find the idea before multiplying the assets.

A collection of polished graphics is not yet a campaign. We start with the audience, the business promise, the evidence behind it and the response the work should encourage. That gives the creative team a decision to make, rather than an open-ended request to make something look impressive.

The direction brings words and visuals together: a campaign thought, a tone of voice, an image approach and a set of principles that guide production. Concepts are presented with their rationale and intended use so feedback can be specific.

Build a visual language the business can use.

Brand and design work can include identity refinement, typography, colour, layout principles, digital art direction, campaign imagery and practical templates. We consider how the identity behaves on a website, in a small social placement and in a larger presentation.

The deliverables are defined around the team’s real needs. A useful handoff includes agreed file formats, export sizes, usage guidance and editable materials where included. Production scope, licensing and ownership are clarified before delivery.

Create for the campaign and the context.

Advertising creative may include static concepts, motion, short-form video, copy variations and landing-page art direction. We adapt the idea to the format instead of shrinking one layout into every placement. Framing, type size, duration, captions and safe areas all affect whether the message survives.

A testing plan connects each variation to a question. One version may demonstrate the product; another may explain the customer problem or make the offer clearer. We document the difference so response data can inform the next creative decision.

Film with a purpose beyond spectacle.

Brand films, campaign sequences and shorter edits can create a memorable entrance and help explain an idea. We plan the story, visual treatment, pacing, sound and destination together. A homepage background and a sound-on advertisement have different jobs and should not automatically use the same export.

Depending on the project, production may use supplied footage, original shooting, licensed material, motion design or clearly identified AI-created concepts. We agree the method and approvals. Concept imagery is never presented as documentary evidence of a real client, office or result.

Keep the work coherent after launch.

A campaign usually needs more than a hero asset. We plan the supporting sizes, a usable naming system and the next round of variations. Brand consistency should make future production easier, while leaving enough room for new ideas.

Review combines craft and purpose: is the message clear, is the brand identifiable, does the asset suit its placement, and does the call to action lead somewhere relevant? Creative feedback and campaign evidence both belong in the next brief.

From first conversation to delivery

How we work

01

Frame the brief

Agree the audience, promise, proof, intended response and required formats.

02

Develop the direction

Explore and refine a focused concept with copy, art direction and a clear rationale.

03

Produce & deliver

Create the agreed assets, review quality and accessibility, and prepare the campaign handoff.

Common questions

Can you use our current brand?

Yes. We review the existing assets and guidelines before deciding what needs to change. A new campaign does not automatically require a new identity.

Can you produce a cinematic brand film?

Film and motion can be scoped around the story, available assets, production method, sound and distribution formats. We agree what is real footage, licensed material or an original concept.

Do we receive editable files?

The proposal specifies the formats, source-file handoff, licensing and usage rights. These should be clear before production begins.

How are revisions managed?

We agree decision makers, review stages and included revisions. Feedback is assessed against the brief so changes strengthen the idea rather than create competing directions.
