06 / Measurement & reporting
Less noise. Better decisions.
Understand what happened, how much the data can tell you and which decision deserves attention next.
Let’s talk about itMake the numbers mean something.
Reporting is useful when it explains a decision. We connect campaign measures to the customer journey, clarify how events are defined and make room for the limits of what the data can tell us.
Measurement plan
Business questions, event definitions and the role of each source of information.
Tracking review
A review of the agreed analytics setup, event behaviour and key gaps, subject to access and scope.
Actionable reporting
A report that separates the facts, interpretation and limitations, then assigns a clear next action and review point.
How we work
From intention
to execution.
A connected process, shaped around your brief.
Start with the question
Agree what the team needs to learn and which measures can help answer it.
Check the signal
Review event definitions, delivery and reporting consistency before relying on the numbers.
Explain the decision
Bring the findings into context and agree what to keep, change or investigate next.
A few useful answers
Before we
get started.
Can you use our existing reporting tools?
Where suitable access is available, we can work with the current setup. New tools or integrations are agreed separately when they are needed.
Will platform reports always match?
No. Different attribution windows, event definitions, consent choices and reporting methods can produce different totals. Those differences should be explained.
Does measurement replace commercial judgement?
No. Data is one input alongside customer feedback, sales context, creative assessment and the realities of the business.
